负载型阳极催化剂

PEM电解水技术有着较高的转换效率和较高的安全性,作为绿色能源的主要技术之一有着广泛的应用前景,但目前PEM电解水的生产成本较高,除了技术还不完善意外,其阳极催化剂占据很大部分。目前大家用的较多的是IrO2,Ir的含量达到85%,较高的铱含量导致整个技术成本较高,我们通过不断的实验开发出了负载型催化剂,分别将Ir的含量降低到20%和40%,20%的催化剂目前表现的电性能为1.8V@1A/cm2,性能只能达到现有的工业级的水平,我们通过大量的实验后将Ir的含量提高到40%后,电性能可以达到1.65V@1A/cm2,达到领先行列,并且我们不断的进行放大实验,目前已做到单次10g的产量,每批次催化剂的电性能控制在30mv以内。我们还在进一步的尝试,将20%的催化剂进一步的提高电性能,争取达到1.7V@1A/cm2以下的电密度。(所有性能均为MEA测试性能)

  PEM electrolysis water   technology has high conversion efficiency and high safety, and as one of the   main technologies of green energy, it has a wide application prospect.   However, currently, the production cost of PEM electrolysis water is   relatively high. In addition to the imperfect technology, its anode catalyst   accounts for a large part. At present, the most commonly used catalyst is   IrO2, with an Ir content of 85%. The high iridium content leads to a high cost   of the entire technology. Through continuous experiments, we have developed a   supported catalyst, which reduces the Ir content to 20% and 40%,   respectively. The current electrical performance of the 20% catalyst is   1.8V@1A /Cm2, the performance can only reach the existing industrial level.   After extensive experiments, we have increased the Ir content to 40%, and the   electrical performance can reach 1.65V@1A /Cm2, reaching the leading   position, and we continuously conduct scaling up experiments. Currently, we   have achieved a single production of 10g, and the electrical performance of   each batch of catalysts is controlled within 30mv. We are still making   further attempts to improve the electrical performance of 20% of the   catalyst, striving to achieve 1.7V@1A /Electrical density below cm2.(All   performance is MEA test performance)
